How did you get the part in the show?
Well after watching the first episode of season 1 I became an instant fan! And I contacted Paul and Simon to tell them how amazing I thought it was. Then after the first season finished I thought why not send over my casting details, you never know! I never thought for one minute they would contact me and offer me a role. I accepted without even seeing the script! I just knew that I wanted to work with them and be a part of something incredible

What were the highlights from the shooting of the show? Things you haven’t done before etc?
Highlights for me were working with such an incredible team, the cast & crew blew me away! Working with Simon who was directing my episode and building the character together, being able to use my skills and being taken out of my comfort zone. I learnt so much during filming!

What was the hardest part of working on the show? Lots of lines, working with VFX, action stuff?
The hardest part was leaving set! I literally loved every second and didn’t want to go home! We had lots to cover for the episode so trying to remember everything between the rehearsal days and actual filming days was hard but I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved.

Regarding the craft of acting, what did you learn about or what might you do differently?
It certainly opened my eyes to how TV works, it’s very fast paced and having only one day to film a complete episode was tough. There wasn’t time to waste so everyone had to be on form from the start.

Finally, what would you do if the events of the show really happened?!
Haha knowing me I’d probably want to keep one as a pet! But I don’t think that would work, so I think I’d try to think outside the box and do different to everyone else. Prepare to fight, prepare to hide. Depends what they do first.
